ITIL 4-certified and passionate about service management, Ross leads teams in delivering Atlassian-based solutions that empower clients to work smarter and scale with confidence. He’s played a key role in the digital transformation of shipyards, helping streamline Navy fleet maintenance—a challenge he’s proud to tackle head-on. Known for his blend of technical expertise and people-first leadership, Ross ensures that every solution not only works but makes life easier for the teams behind it. Originally from Philadelphia, Ross is a loyal Eagles fan who now spends his downtime with his wife and their dog, Wilson. A global traveler and collector of small souvenirs, his favorite mementos—a carved elephant from India and a camel from Dubai—serve as reminders of the adventures that fuel his curiosity.
