He’s played a key role in the digital transformation of shipyards, helping streamline Navy fleet maintenance—a challenge he’s proud to tackle head-on. Originally from Philadelphia, Ross is a loyal Eagles fan who now spends his downtime with his wife and their dog, Wilson.
