Justin P. B. Tran is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Oxalis Solutions, where he supports the growth and maturity of Atlassian practices for major government clients. With a consulting style rooted in curiosity, empathy, and strong relationship-building, Justin prioritizes understanding the “why” behind every challenge to design solutions that truly meet user needs. He’s particularly proud of leading a cross-functional initiative for one of North America’s largest railroad companies, delivering a dynamic cost/benefit calculator to guide their fleet electrification roadmap. Passionate about simplifying complexity and improving the user experience, Justin finds fulfillment in making technology feel more human. A former marketing student who found his calling in IT consulting by happy accident, he brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every project. Outside of work, Justin enjoys barbering, woodworking, and is currently taking on golf as his latest challenge. And yes, the “P.B.” stands for Phuoc Binh—but he’s also a big fan of peanut butter.
