Oxalis is building its marketing function, and we're looking for the person who will own it. This role is for a marketing leader in a fast-growing technology and consulting firm with distinct and emerging business lines.
What You'll Own
Lead execution across three marketing pillars: Industry Authority, Partner-Powered Demand (Atlassian and IFS co-marketing, ABM), and Product Market Entry (YARDOS GTM)
Own the content engine — case studies, vertical guides, executive LinkedIn, conference content
Run HubSpot as the measurement layer: pipeline attribution, lead scoring, campaign reporting
Drive the YARDOS demand generation motion, including ABM, webinar series, roadshow coordination, and paid channel experiments
Serve as brand protector in all external marketing work
What You Bring
10 years in B2B marketing, ideally in technology consulting, SaaS, or a partner-driven business
Proven demand generation experience — you've built pipelines, not just managed campaigns
Experience with partner co-marketing (Atlassian or IFS ecosystem a strong plus)
Why This Role Matters
You're not inheriting a machine — you're building one, with executive backing and room to set the strategy
Direct ownership of the YARDOS go-to-market as a net-new product line
A partner-driven business where co-marketing with Atlassian and IFS multiplies your reach
