You’re the kind of Atlassian expert who keeps Jira Align running like clockwork, a backlog organized without being asked twice, and engineering and delivery speaking the same language. At Oxalis, that’s exactly who we need.
Location & Work Mode
Hybrid — based in or near one of our hub cities (Portland, Seattle, Austin, Bay Area, SoCal, Chicago, St. Louis, New York, or NCR/D.C. metro), with periodic visits to that hub.
What You’ll Own
Jira Align administration — day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and support of Jira Align for the delivery team
Backlog support — keeping the backlog organized, current, and aligned with delivery priorities
Engineering SME — acting as the technical bridge between engineering and the MDE CS function, translating requirements and keeping both sides aligned
Delivery collaboration — working closely with the broader delivery team to keep tools, process, and reporting running smoothly day to day
Solid working knowledge of Atlassian products more broadly (Jira, Confluence)
Comfortable operating as a technical SME across engineering and delivery teams
Strong organizational skills — able to keep a backlog and admin work running without close supervision
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Why This Role Matters
You keep the tools and processes running that the whole delivery team depends on day to day
Real ownership of Jira Align administration, not a shared or part-time responsibility
A chance to be the technical connective tissue between engineering and delivery on a mission-critical program
