When a customer needs someone to untangle ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps into one clear operating model, you’re the consultant who steps in and makes it work. Sound like you? Let’s talk!
Location & Work Mode
Hybrid — based in or near one of our hub cities (Portland, Seattle, Austin, Bay Area, SoCal, Chicago, St. Louis, New York, or NCR/D.C. metro), with periodic visits to that hub.
What You’ll Own
Customer consulting — advising customers on ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps operating models, surfacing pain points, improvement opportunities, and industry trends
Process & systems analysis — assessing business processes, systems, and workflows, identifying gaps, and helping prioritize improvements
Solution design — helping architect tailored solutions for unique customer needs and supporting integrations across complex environments
Stakeholder communication — presenting recommendations to diverse stakeholders and building trust through empathy and active listening
Full solution lifecycle — participating from initial scoping through post-implementation support, including workflow design, system configuration, and issue resolution
Requirements & configuration — gathering requirements, interviewing stakeholders, and supporting configuration and administration of business systems
Training & change management — supporting application training, end-user communication, and the rollout of new processes and tools
Business development — collaborating with account leaders and sales to identify new opportunities and promote Oxalis’ capabilities
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Comfortable working in a remote environment, with occasional travel to company and customer sites
Nice to have: familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Align, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, Access); experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, ITSM); knowledge of project management concepts and tools; ability to manipulate data with scripting tools or Excel; and a track record of delivering high-quality work that delights customers.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll play a multifaceted role on every engagement — analyst, consultant, and trainer all in one
Direct exposure to the full solution lifecycle, from scoping through post-implementation support
Real opportunity to grow across ITSM, ESM, Agile, PPM, and DevSecOps disciplines rather than staying in one lane
