YARDOS Estimation v26.8.1

Changelog

v26.8.1 — 8/10/2026

Supplier Portal & RFQs

  • Suppliers can now decline to bid on an RFQ and retract that decision later; estimators can also record a no-bid on a supplier’s behalf. No-bid suppliers are excluded from reminder emails.
  • New scope editor: build and edit RFQ scopes and their details in a side panel, with linking between scopes and details.
  • RFQ responses can be exported to Excel, and response spreadsheets can be imported back with a preview before applying values.
  • Bulk actions for managing multiple RFQs at once from a project.
  • The portal now shows project names on RFQs and includes a manage-account link.
  • New email notifications for portal RFQ activity and bidder communications, plus scheduled due-date reminders for company form requests.
  • Portal invitations, emails, and login pages now carry supplier-facing branding.
  • The portal can now run behind an externally managed TLS certificate.
  • Fixes: due-date time entry accepting valid times, tooltips staying onscreen, breadcrumb navigation, “Done” available in the status menu, closed drafts can no longer be continued, and more.

Change Requests

  • Status changes can be recorded with an effective date.
  • Change requests can be renamed and renumbered (including the full revision chain) from the Overview.
  • Attachments are now supported on sub and material quote inputs, can be managed after authorization by users with edit rights, and can be deleted.
  • Overview cards are edited in place instead of through pop-up dialogs.
  • The list view shows full dollar amounts.
  • Quote tracking is back on the dashboard, with corrected due/overdue indicators.
  • New per-project change request email settings for status change and input completion notifications.

Projects & Estimating

  • Creating a snapshot now keeps you on the current working version while the snapshot preserves the point-in-time copy.
  • Project export offers a choice of how cost distributions are handled in filtered exports.
  • Pivot tables gained group subtotals, along with styling and scrolling fixes.
  • Read-only users can open calculators again, including calculators linked to RFQs.
  • Sorting a table no longer clears Work Items filters, and saved filters restore correctly.
  • Copying a project no longer loses calculator assembly items.
  • Preset calculators no longer lose their preset selection while a project is still loading.
