FULL-TIME REMOTE FIRST HR HIRE

What You'll Own

  • Employee relations — manager coaching, investigations, PIPs, conflict resolution
  • Performance management — biannual review cycle, calibration, 360s, process documentation
  • Compensation strategy — maintaining and evolving the framework, internal equity reviews, annual total comp statements
  • Compliance — handbook maintenance, FLSA classification, multi-state policy, EOR co-employment risk remediation
  • Benefits strategy — plan satisfaction, annual renewal review
  • Engagement and culture — eNPS, stay interviews, manager development
  • HR operations — onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a true HRBP capacity
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or tech
  • Proven track record handling employee relations independently, including investigations, PIPs, terminations
  • Working knowledge of multi-state employment compliance
